JAKARTA, March 6 (Reuters) - The Indonesian government
has issued a regulation allowing copper miner PT Freeport
Indonesia to export copper concentrate until June 2025,
Bloomberg Technoz reported, citing a deputy energy minister.
Freeport has asked for export extension until repairs at its
Manyar smelter are completed. The government had previously
given Freeport an exemption until the end of 2024 from its ban
on exports of copper concentrate.
