made on a potential transaction between major ride-hailing firms

in Indonesia, GoTo and Grab, GoTo official R. A Koesoemohadiani

said on Monday, amid merger or acquisition talks.

Indonesia is discussing a possible merger or acquisition

between Grab (GRAB.O) and its rival GoTo (GOTO.JK), the

presidential spokesperson said last week.
