Indonesia's GoTo says not in merger discussions with any parties

Feb 4 (Reuters) - Southeast Asia's biggest ride-hailing

cab company GoTo said on Tuesday that it was not in

any agreement with any parties about a potential merger

transaction.

The company released the statement after reports of merger

talks with Singapore-headquartered bigger rival Grab Holdings ( GRAB )
