Industrial container firm TriMas to divest aerospace arm for $1.45 billion

(Reuters) -TriMas Corp ( TRS ) is selling its aerospace segment to an affiliate of investment firm Tinicum for $1.45 billion, the industrial container maker said on Tuesday.
