09:53 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infinity Natural Resources ( INR ) said Tuesday its unit intends to offer $500 million of senior notes due 2031 in a private placement, subject to market conditions.

The unit plans to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its credit agreement alongside funding general corporate purposes, Infinity Natural Resources ( INR ) said.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in Tuesday trading.
