Infinity Natural Resources Shares Rise After NYSE Debut at Higher-Than-IPO Price

01:05 PM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Infinity Natural Resources ( INR ) stock was up nearly 13% in recent Friday trading after opening at $22.16 per share in its New York Stock Exchange debut, higher than the $20-per-share initial public offering price.

The offering, consisting of about 13.3 million class A common shares, is expected to close on Monday, the company said.

Underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 million additional shares at the IPO price, Infinity Natural added.
