Informatica Prices Secondary Common Stock Offering

04:29 AM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Informatica ( INFA ) said Friday it priced its underwritten registered secondary offering of 16 million class A common shares by certain funds associated with Permira and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board at $25.50 per share.

The selling stockholders have granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.4 million additional shares.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close Nov. 12.

Price: 27.30, Change: +0.20, Percent Change: +0.74
