Information Services Extends its Credit Facility To 2029

12:25 PM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services Corp ( IRMTF ) on Thursday said it extended its credit facility.

The company the facility will extend to July 2029 from September 2025, but will remain at $250 million with an option to upsize by $150 million.

As at June 30, the company had drawn $155.0 million from the facility.

The credit facility is available on a revolving basis to finance general operations and corporate purposes as well as acquisitions.

Information Services shares were last seen up $0.25 to $32.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange
