Information Services Provides 2025 Guidance

08:53 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (ISC.TO) reported Tuesday its annual guidance for 2025.

Information Services pegged its 2025 adjusted EBITDA guidance range at $89 million to $97 million, higher than the 2024 target of $83 million to $91 million.

The company expects to book revenue in the range of $257 million to $267million, increasing from its 2024 guidance of $240 million to $250 million.

Information Services said its 2025 guidance reflects its continued organic growth, adding that its M&A strategy is intended to support its 2028 growth targets as it continues to pursue new opportunities.
