06:28 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (ISM.TO) overnight Tuesday reported first-quarter adjusted net income of $8.5 million, of $0.47 per diluted share, up from $6.8 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $56.4 million, up from $49.1 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA for Q1 was $19.4 million, up 15% from $14.5 million in the first quarter of 2023.
The company's board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per Class A share. The dividend will be paid by July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 30.
For 2024, the company continues to expect revenue of $240 million to $250 million and adjusted EBITDA of $83 million to $91 million.
