08:52 AM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (ISC.TO) on Monday said it was off to a "solid start" towards achieving its goal of doubling revenue and adjusted EBITDA by 2028 and added that it expects record revenue and adjusted EBITDA for 2024.
In 2024, ISC expanded its portfolio of registries and secured a $10 million contract to deliver a digital commercial registry system for Liechtenstein and renewed the Ontario Property Tax Assessment agreement with the Province of Ontario until 2028. The company added that its services segment experienced robust organic growth driven by increased customer transactions and expanded regulatory solutions.
Shares of the company closed up $0.43, or 1.6%, to $27.70 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
