Information Services Secures $10 Million Five-Year Contract With Liechtenstein for Registry System

07:08 AM EST, 11/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (ISV.TO) on Thursday said it signed a $10 million five-year contract with Liechtenstein to deliver a digital commercial registry system through the company's subsidiary Enterprise Registry Solutions.

The contract includes the deployment of an end-to-end digital solution for the principality's eHandelsregister and will be powered by Information Services' RegSys platform. The platform will provide features that support filing submissions, registry searches and document retrieval.

The system is expected to help government personnel streamline workflows and provide efficient and accessible services to businesses and individuals.
