09:18 AM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Infosys ( INFY ) said Thursday it has signed an agreement to acquire in-tech, an engineering research and development services provider focused on German automotive industry.

Infosys ( INFY ) expects to complete the acquisition during H1 fiscal 2025, the company added.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Infosys ( INFY ) stock was down 4.7% in recent premarket activity.
