Infosys Receives Certification for Cross-Border Personal Data Transfers

06:33 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Infosys ( INFY ) said Thursday that it has received regulatory approvals for its Binding Corporate Rules from the Hesse Data Protection Authority, Germany, following approval from the European Data Protection Board.

The approvals allow for the transfer personal data internationally between Infosys ( INFY ) group companies, the company said

This company said the certification applies to both Infosys' ( INFY ) own and client data. "This further enables seamless transfer of personal information from Europe to any Infosys Group location globally," the company said.
