Infosys, ServiceNow Collaborate on AI Industry Solutions

03:04 PM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Infosys ( INFY ) said Tuesday it was enhancing its partnership with ServiceNow ( NOW ) to provide generative AI-powered industry solutions.

The companies plan to combine ServiceNow's ( NOW ) Now Assist generative AI capabilities with Infosys' ( INFY ) Cobalt product and develop new industry applications, they said.

"The new offerings will aim to deliver significant benefits to customers, including up to 20% improvement in operational efficiency, 5-time faster increase in response time, and 30% reduction in implementation timelines," they said.

Infosys ( INFY ) is also doubling its training investments by certifying over 3,500 employees with ServiceNow GenAI skills, it said.
