Infosys, Telstra Form Joint Venture in Australia

11:31 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Infosys ( INFY ) said Wednesday it has formed a joint venture with Telstra to provide cloud and digital services in Australia.

Infosys ( INFY ) said it will buy 75% of the shareholding in Versent Group, a Telstra unit that provides cloud and digital transformation.

Infosys ( INFY ) will get operational control of Versent, and Telstra will keep a 25% stake in the company, it said.

Financial details weren't provided.
