06:52 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ING Groep ( ING ) said Monday that it reached an agreement with Reggeborgh Groep for the acquisition of an additional 17.6% stake in specialist wealth manager Van Lanschot Kempen.

The company said the deal will raise its stake in Van Lanschot Kempen to 20.3%.

No financial details were disclosed. ING Groep ( ING ) said it has directly acquired a stake of 7.2%, per the agreement, while the remainder of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
