Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected 0.49 euro.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, expressed as total income, was 5.72 billion euros, down from 5.76 billion euros a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected 5.50 billion euros.

ING shares were down nearly 2.6% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
