05:53 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ING (ING) said Wednesday it has named Ida Lerner as chief financial officer.

She succeeds Tanate Phutrakul, who will step down in April 2026 at the company's annual general meeting, the company said.

Lerner served as chief financial officer at the Norwegian bank DNB beginning 2021, the company said.

The European Central Bank has approved Lerner's appointment, the company said.
