Ingersoll Rand Acquires SSI Aeration

05:51 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ingersoll Rand ( IR ) said Monday it has acquired SSI Aeration and its units to extend its wastewater treatment capabilities.

SSI, which operates manufacturing facilities in the US, South Korea, and India, will join its Industrial Technologies and Services segment, the company said.

The firm said the acquisition was at an "attractive" multiple of about 10x 2024E Adjusted EBITDA.
