04:59 PM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ingersoll Rand ( IR ) acquired Air Power Systems, Blutek and UT Pumps for a combined purchase price of $135 million.

US-based Air Power Systems provides hydraulic and pneumatic products and engineered services for specialty work truck vehicles, Ingersoll said Tuesday in a statement.

Blutek in Italy makes products for compressed air and nitrogen generation, and UT Pumps in India makes screw pumps and triplex plunger pumps, Ingersoll said.

The acquisitions add $50 million in revenue, the company said.
