07:44 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ingredion ( INGR ) said Monday it has signed a conditional deal to sell a 51% stake in Rafhan Maize to Nishat Hotels and Properties in Lahore, Pakistan.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The food ingredients company will maintain a 20% stake in Rafhan, Ingredion ( INGR ) said, adding that it intends to complete the sale in H1 2026.

Ingredion ( INGR ) said that the sale is conditional pending the arrangement of global financing.
