04:59 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ingredion ( INGR ) and Amyris have agreed to wind down their joint venture RealSweet, the companies said Thursday.

As part of the deal, Amyris will assume 100% ownership of the Precision Fermentation Plant in Barra Bonita, Brazil.

Ingredion ( INGR ) will exclusively utilize Amyris' technology to manufacture and commercialize fermented Reb M, a stevia-derived sweetener.
