Innergex Reports Commissioning of San Andres Battery Energy Storage Facility in Chile

09:00 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Innergex Renewable Energy ( INGXF ) on Tuesday reported the commissioning of its 35 MW/175 MWh San Andres battery energy storage facility.

The San Andres battery facility, which has started providing energy to the grid, is expected to generate annual revenue of US$6 million ($8.2 million) to US$8 million on a run-rate basis.

The operating, general, and administrative expenses are expected to reach US400,000 in the first full year of operation.

This follows the commissioning of the Salvador battery facility 50 MW/250 MWh on Oct. 30, 2023.
