Innovate Extends Subscription Period of Rights Offering

05:57 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Innovate (VATE) said Monday its board extended the subscription period for its rights offering to April 9.

Certain shareholders and noteholders as of record on March 6 are eligible to participate in the rights offering, according to the company.

Innovate shares were up 2.2% in after-hours activity.
