07:55 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Innovation Beverage Group ( IBG ) said Wednesday that it has signed a distribution agreement with Republic National Distribution.

The company said its Australian Bitters Company and Bittertales brands will be distributed by Republic National in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Arizona, and Michigan.

Shares of Innovation Beverage ( IBG ) surged past 170% in premarket activity Wednesday.
