Innovation Beverage Group Prices $5.4 Million Initial Public Offering

10:52 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Innovation Beverage Group (IBG) said Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 1.35 million shares at $4 apiece for $5.4 million in gross proceeds.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to acquire up to 202,500 additional shares.

The beverage company said it expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market Thursday under the symbol IBG, with IPO closing expected Friday.
