08:53 AM EST, 02/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Innovative Eyewear ( LUCY ) said Tuesday it received a notice of allowance for its utility patent application for a charging cradle for smartglasses.

The company said the patent application covers a charging cradle or dock to charge smartglasses in a range of styles and sizes.

Shares of the company were up 1.8% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
