Innovative Industrial Properties Q2 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise

05:07 PM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Innovative Industrial Properties ( IIPR ) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations Monday of $2.29 per share, up from $2.26 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $79.8 million, up from $76.5 million a year ago.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $77.3 million.
