10:57 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Innovex International ( INVX ) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of Citadel Casing Solutions.

Innovex ( INVX ) said it expects about $2 million of cost synergies within three months and anticipates further synergies longer term.

Innovex ( INVX ) shares were rising past 5% in recent trading.
