07:31 AM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Innovex International ( INVX ) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of the remaining equity stake of Downhole Well Solutions.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The company previously made a minority investment in Downhole Well in May last year, it added.

Downhole Well offers drilling optimization and friction reduction tools, the company said.

Innovex's ( INVX ) shares rose 2.6% in recent Monday premarket activity.
