Innoviz Technologies Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

04:24 PM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Innoviz Technologies ( INVZ ) said Friday it received a notification from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with a listing rule after its shares closed below $1 for 30 consecutive business days.

The notification has no immediate effect on its listing, and the company has until Sept. 22 to regain compliance.

Innoviz ( INVZ ) said it will monitor its stock price during the grace period and consider its options to meet the minimum bid price requirement.
