05:41 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Innventure's ( INV ) said overnight its operating unit, Accelsius, signed a three-year agreement with a "leading global" thermal management company.

The client, whose name Innventure ( INV ) did not disclose in its statement late Tuesday, plans to white label the unit's liquid cooling solution for sale to its end-user customers and resale to its channel partners in the data center market.

Additionally, Innventure ( INV ) said Accelsius has expanded its product line, introducing, among other things, a 250-kilowatt multi-rack cooling system amid an "ever-increasing need for higher rack power density across a broadening set of end-market use cases."

Innventure ( INV ) also said product test results demonstrated the two-phase, direct-to-chip technology from Accelsius can cool 4500 watts per socket, a "doubling" from previous test results.

The stock was up 0.1% in premarket, following a 7.8% jump in the company's shares at the close on Tuesday.
