Inotiv Delays Release of Fiscal Q2 Results

05:20 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Inotiv ( NOTV ) said Thursday it now expects to release its fiscal Q2 results by May 15 from the initial May 10 schedule to allow for more time to complete accounting analyses related to the US Department of Justice's investigation into its Cumberland, Virginia, facility.

A search and seizure warrant was executed at the facility and the company said it awaits the resolution of the matter to complete accounting matters for the period.
