Inovio Pharmaceuticals Prices Offering, Expects to Raise $25 Million; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

07:54 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inovio Pharmaceuticals ( INO ) said Thursday that it priced its public offering of about 14.3 million common shares and accompanying series A and B warrants at $1.75 per combination of a share and the warrants, for total proceeds of about $25 million.

Each of the series A and B warrants is exercisable for one common share at $1.75, according to the statement. The company said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.1 million additional shares and accompanying series A and B warrants at the same offering price.

Inovio Pharmaceuticals ( INO ) expects to close the offering on or about Monday.

Shares of Inovio Pharmaceuticals ( INO ) were down more than 25% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
