Inovio Prices $30 Million Public Offering of Shares, Accompanying Warrants

07:44 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Inovio Pharmaceuticals ( INO ) said Friday it has priced a public offering of 10 million shares and accompanying warrants to purchase the same number of shares at $3 per share and accompanying warrant.

The warrants are exercisable at a price of $3.76 per share.

Gross proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close Dec. 16, are estimated to be $30 million.

Shares of Inovio Pharmaceuticals ( INO ) fell more than 23% in recent premarket trading Friday.

Price: 2.89, Change: -0.87, Percent Change: -23.14
