InPlay Oil Closes $32.8 Million Offering of Subscription Receipts

12:04 PM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- InPlay Oil ( IPOOF ) on Thursday said closed its bought-deal offering of subscription receipts, raising $32.8 million.

The company issued 21.1-million subscription receipts at $1.55 each. This included the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

Proceeds will be used to fund a portion of InPlay's $310-million acquisition of Pembina Cardium assets in Alberta.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $1.62 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
