Insight Acquisition's Merger Target Alpha Modus Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit

10:47 AM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Insight Acquisition's ( INAQ ) merger target Alpha Modus said Friday that it has filed a lawsuit against Brookshire Grocery alleging infringement of several patents covering data-driven technologies for retail marketing and advertising.

The company said its patents include the capability for real-time analysis of consumer behavior and product interactions.

The complaint was filed on Nov. 12 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the company added.

Brookshire didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Insight Acquisition ( INAQ ) shares were up more than 7% in recent trading.
