Insight Enterprises Repurchases $76 Million Worth of Shares From ValueAct

10:08 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Insight Enterprises ( NSIT ) said Tuesday it bought back 600,000 shares at about $126.86 apiece from ValueAct Capital Master Fund for a total of roughly $76 million.

The company said the repurchase was made as part of its existing $300 million stock buyback program.

Price: 134.62, Change: +2.54, Percent Change: +1.92
