07:58 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Insight Enterprises ( NSIT ) said Monday its Australian unit signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sekuro, with closing expected in early November, subject to customary conditions.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Sekuro provides security and governance services for enterprise and government clients, including 24/7 managed security with a focus on Australian government IRAP assessments, the company said.

Sekuro has over 200 cybersecurity professionals, more than 450 certifications, and clients including Canva, Atlassian, and Salesforce, Insight said.
