Acquisition will bolster Insight’s global cybersecurity and digital resiliency capabilities

CHANDLER, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Insight Enterprises ( NSIT ) today announced its subsidiary, Insight Enterprises Australia Pty Limited, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sekuro, a global provider of end-to-end security, governance and cybersecurity services intended for enterprises and governments. Sekuro's services help clients build resiliency by offering a range of services such as designing, building, securing, and optimizing public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms to help businesses secure their network and applications.

The acquisition would significantly expand Insight’s cybersecurity capabilities in the Asia Pacific region (APAC), positioning the company to better meet the growing demand for comprehensive security solutions in an increasingly complex threat landscape. With businesses in APAC recording a 38% year-on-year rise in data breaches in 2024, it’s clear organizations need a strategic partner to move from a reactive to a proactive security posture.

“Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT issue; it's a critical business imperative. Clients across the APAC region are looking for a trusted partner to build resilience against sophisticated threats,” said Mike Morgan, senior vice president and managing director, Insight APAC. “Sekuro would bring a team of deeply respected experts and a powerful portfolio of services that perfectly complement our existing capabilities. This acquisition will strengthen our position as the leading Solutions Integrator and enable us to deliver comprehensive security outcomes for our clients.”

Founded in 2021, Sekuro has a strong track record of growth and client success:

A robust portfolio of blue-chip enterprise clients, including Canva, Atlassian, and Salesforce.

Over 200 highly experienced cybersecurity professionals.

More than 450 technical certifications across leading platforms like CrowdStrike, Microsoft, AWS, Zscaler, and Okta.

Sekuro offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to mitigate cyber risk, including 24/7 managed security services, governance, and risk & compliance (GRC) with a specialization in Australian government IRAP assessments.

Completion of the acquisition is expected in early November 2025, subject to customary conditions precedent. Baker McKenzie is serving as Insight’s legal counsel in connection with this transaction, and Equiteq LLC serves as Sekuro’s exclusive financial advisor.
