Inspira Technologies Obtains US Patent Approval for Advanced Respiratory Support Device

02:55 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inspira Technologies (IINN) said Friday it received US patent approval for a low-flow rates extracorporeal oxygenation system and usage methods, representing the primary technology of the ART500 advanced respiratory support device.

The patent offers protection of the core technology at least until 2043, covering key claims related to the device's functionality, design, and clinical applications. The innovation has 16 claims found to be novel, according to a statement.

The company also said it is pursuing more patents in various countries to expand its intellectual property coverage.
