10:43 AM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inspira Technologies Oxy (IINN) filed a prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the resale of up to 9.2 million shares by selling shareholders.

The prospectus includes about 4 million ordinary shares, 4.6 million shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 658,372 shares, according to the company.

Inspira said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by selling shareholders.

Cash proceeds from the exercise price of warrants and pre-funded warrants will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company added.

Shares of Inspira were up 2.8% in recent trading.
