Inspira Technologies Oxy Preparing to Ramp Up Production of Respiratory Device Amid Virus Outbreak in China

07:15 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inspira Technologies Oxy (IINN) said Friday that it is preparing to ramp up production of its Inspira ART100 respiratory device amid the recent outbreak of human metapneumovirus, or hMPV, in China.

The company said it is in talks with providers in affected regions to evaluate demand for the device and is working with suppliers to secure the components. Inspira also said it will coordinate with health authorities and "adjust its plans based on the evolving situation."

Shares of Inspira Technologies Oxy were up 13% premarket.
