Inspire Medical Systems Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise, Cuts 2025 Guidance; Shares Fall After Hours

05:34 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inspire Medical Systems ( INSP ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Monday of $0.45 per diluted share, up from $0.32 per share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.21 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $217.1 million, up from $195.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $214.3 million.

The company cuts its 2025 diluted EPS guidance to $0.40 and $0.50, from the previous guidance of $2.20 and $2.30. The company also reduced its 2025 revenue outlook to $900 million and $910 million, from the previous $940 million and $955 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.27 and $949.2 million, respectively.

The company's shares slumped 19% in recent after-hours trading.
