Inspired Entertainment to Sell UK Holiday Parks Business in $25 Million Deal

07:41 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inspired Entertainment ( INSE ) said Wednesday it agreed to sell its UK holiday parks business and certain associated leisure assets to Genda for about 18.6 million British pounds ($25 million) in cash.

The deal covers more than 11,000 amusement and gaming machines across roughly 170 family entertainment centers and adult gaming centers within holiday parks and other entertainment venues.

Inspired Entertainment ( INSE ) said it expects the deal to close in Q4, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.
