Installed Building Products Acquires 2 Complementary Businesses; Buys Back $46 Million of Its Stock Since June 1

05:11 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Installed Building Products ( IBP ) late Monday said it has closed on the acquisition of Thrice Energy Solutions and Gutter Pro Enterprises, two privately held building contractors expected to add roughly $14 million in yearly revenue for the building products and services company.

Financial terms of the transactions were not immediately disclosed.

Oklahoma City-based Thrice Energy installs fiberglass and spray foam insulation throughout Oklahoma and Texas while Gutter Pro puts up gutters on residential and commercial buildings in its home state of Massachusetts and in Rhode Island.

Installed Building also said it repurchased around 215,000 shares since June 1 for $46 million. The company still has $250 million available for stock buybacks under its existing authorization on Monday.
