05:46 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Installed Building Products ( IBP ) said late Monday it has acquired Euroview Enterprises, Contract Mirror and Supply, and CLM Solutions.

The acquired business focuses mainly on new single- and multi-family construction projects throughout Illinois and Minnesota, Installed Building said.

The company expects the acquired business to add roughly $20 million of annual revenue, Installed Building Chief Executive Jeff Edwards said.

The company's shares were down 1.2% in after-hours activity.
