Instructure Q2 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Increase

04:54 PM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Instructure Holdings ( INST ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Friday of $0.23 per diluted share, up from $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $170.4 million, up from $131.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $167.1 million.

Instructure ( INST ) said it will not provide financial guidance following its agreement to be acquired by affiliates of investment funds overseen by KKR (KKR) last month.
