Insulet Receives US FDA Clearance for Omnipod 5 in Adults with Type 2 Diabetes

05:12 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Insulet ( PODD ) said late Monday that the US Food and Drug Administration has cleared its Omnipod 5 automated insulin delivery system for adults with type 2 diabetes.

The automated insulin delivery system is already approved for patients with type 1 diabetes.
